We have two wonderful girls and no pets. My husband and I are both working from home due to the pandemic. We have lived in Colorado for 4 years and before that lived in San Francisco. We are originally from the midwest. We enjoy being outdoors- hiking and skiing!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a nanny because Carrie (mom) will be going back to work part time. We are also looking for someone instead of using daycare because we want to make sure our family and most importantly our girls stay safe and healthy during the pandemic. We are looking for someone who is following all health guidelines and going above and beyond to stay healthy and safe.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have two wonderful girls. We have a 2.75 year old who is not currently enrolled in school because of the pandemic. She loves music, dancing, crafts, and anything that involves pretend play. We also have a smiley 8 month old baby girl who loves babbling, playing, and watching her big sister!
Describe your home setting:
We live in a home and have a yard for our kids to play. Our neighborhood also has a private playground where we often take our toddler to play. Each of our girls have their own room and we have a playroom on the first floor as well.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Light housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal prep etc. if needed, but the kids always come first!

Reading, pretend play, arts and crafts, going to the park, actively engaged!
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Experience caring for infants and preschoolers, CPR and First Aid certified.
Background/education/experience in Early Childhood Education a plus but not required!

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Three days a week. Some flexibility on the days.
6-7 hours a day- possible times:
8:00-3:00, 8:30-3:30, 9:00-3:00.
At least January through May), potentially longer depending on our needs.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$23-$28 per hour. Benefits negotiable.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who is nurturing, patient, loving, and fun! Our girls both also follow a daily schedule (naps/feeding/etc.) so we are looking for someone who will work with the family and follow the girls routine to provide consistency.
