Nanny Job Details

Job ID: 5685
Location: Erie, CO

Please describe your family:
We’re a family of four with one small parrot. Both parents work in tech and 100% from home. As a family we’re playful, curious, goofy, inquisitive and accepting of everyone. We are a diverse family (Brazil, Canada, England). We love learning, playing, reading, walking, biking, gardening, baking, cooking, and anything involving water play and adventure. Both parents have been vaccinated for COVID-19 and are very COVID-19 cautious.

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We’re looking for an experienced full-time Nanny/House Manager to join our family and keep our daughters (7 year old and 2.5 year old) active, engaged, loved and nurtured. As for the house, we're looking for a great cook who enjoys prepping/cooking wholefood centered meals, and aiding with keeping the family routine peacefully organized during the busy workweek. The parents are very involved and are looking for a Nanny to help work and family life blend more seamlessly.

Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Our seven year old is currently attending first grade remotely due to COVID and would need assistance with getting on to virtual class and completing homework. She’s very active, social, funny, confident, playful, caring and loving. She is an excellent big sister and is very loving and protective of her little sis. She loves any creative play, swinging, bike riding, scooting, gardening, cooking with Mum, and anything involving nature. The littlest is a typically busy toddler; stealthy, quick and absolutely hilarious. She is toddling all over the place, learning more and more words every day and loves playing with her big sister. Both girls love playing babies, being outside and creative play. Both are kind with children of all ages.

Describe your home setting: We live in a quiet family neighborhood in Erie in 3000 sq.ft. home with a garden, swing set, climbing structure and playhouse in the backyard. Pocket parks and nature trails are all around our neighborhood; there is also a community pool open to our neighborhood. Erie library, skate park, and recreation center are about a 10 minute walk. Parents work from home in separate offices. Our house is about 1.5 miles from downtown Erie; a nice afternoon walk/bike ride with the littlest in a stroller.
