We are family of five; Mom and Dad, Girl (7) Boy (3) Toddler (1) and two cats, (indoor). The older children attend school, Monday thru Friday most days.

Mom is in hospital care.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Our 7 year old is outgoing, physically active, likes reading. Our 3 year old is a little shy, but also active, loves action toys, and toddler is very happy, busy motoring around, plays peek a boo type games.
Describe your home setting: Our home has three floors, big open area kitchen, dining. Downstairs has a great children's play area. Outside play structure and fenced yard. Great neighborhood for children to bike/walk.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
All childcare related duties. House Manager duties include light housekeeping, laundry, cooking for child/family, grocery shopping, errands, anything needed!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Developmentally age appropriate activities for the toddler: including colors, numbers, alphabet, speech, singing, etc. For the older kids we would like someone who is organized and can preplan activities including educational (our 7 year old is very bright!) creative activities including arts and crafts, reading, music, painting, going to the park, etc.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Previous Nanny/House Manager experience required. Must have experience with working with multiple children. Great communication and organizational skills!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Monday thru Friday - Open to someone who is looking for anywhere from 30 to 40 hours weekly. Start and end times flexible. 1 year commitment.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$35-$40 per hour - Vacations, Major Holiday, Sick Days, Monthly Health Care Stipend, Performance Bonus!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 indoor cats.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who really enjoys the outdoors with children would work well.
