We are looking for a nanny/house manager to help us raise our 2 little girls and help with household management because my husband and I both work full time.

We have a 2 yr old little girl and a new baby girl born in September.
Describe your home setting: We live in a beautiful house in Arvada with a big back yard with lots of parks near by.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Light housekeeping, laundry for children, dishes, healthy cooking for kids, errands, dog pick up, clean up after toys after the day of play. Whatever is needed, but kids always come first!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We are looking for an active and energetic nanny/house manager to engage and interact with our daughter, teaching colors, numbers, paint, coloring, loves to play outside, creative to come up with new activities.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid. Experience with Newborns and Toddlers. Must be able to swim well, we have a covered, secured pool in our backyard for future use as the kids are older. We will pay for our nanny to take a lifeguarding course if you are open to it!

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
40 hours a week guaranteed. M-F must be flexible between 8am and 6pm. Being on time is extremely important to us!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$35/hr Vacation, Holidays, Sick Days, Performance Bonuses. We have a brand new Subaru Impreza Hatchback that our nanny can use as their own personal car as well as on the job, we just require you pay for the insurance ($160/mo)!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Yes, we have a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. Must love dogs!
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We are looking for an responsible, dependable, interactive, engaging, vibrant and energetic nanny/house manager who communicates well. Loves to be outside, who is dog friendly and is going to love our girls as much as we do.
Additional comments:
We are kind and loving people that truly want our nanny/house manager to be part of the family. The ideal candidate would stay 3-4 years until the kids go to school. We believe in great pay and bonuses and always take great care of our Nannies. We look forward to meeting you!
