We are a family-focused, loving, hard-working, fun (slightly chaotic) family. When I asked my husband how to describe us, he said to say we are "awesome". That is a clear overstatement, however, we obviously have a decent sense of humor. We work hard and play hard (which, for us means a weekly date night and family trips). My husband and I both work from home full-time. We are super flexible and prioritize a strong moral compass over everything - for us this means we try to do the right thing and hold ourselves accountable - usually this means owning our mistakes (we make a lot of them!). A very close second priority is the safety and well-being (physical and emotional) of our kiddos (and dogs). And lastly - we need help... with all of 'the things' (kiddos, house and dogs).
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We essentially need an extension of our family. We need to be able to work full-time while knowing our boys are being well looked after. An added benefit would be knowing that when we are done with our workday / week, we can spend quality time with the boys doing things we all love before the laundry pile, meal prep, errands etc. takes us down!
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Two boys: ages 7 & 9
Describe your home setting: We live in a house in a cul de sac with a backyard and access to trails and soccer fields, etc. We live within walking distance (1.5 miles and some grumbling) of downtown Niwot.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Priorities as stated above, including:
- keeping the boys on track (honest and accountable)
- keeping the boys active (e.g., hiking, biking, other outdoor activities, reading, playing games, etc.)
- help enforcing household chores / rules (e.g., boys unload/load dishwasher, help put away laundry, etc.)
- tidying (including dishes, etc.)
- help with laundry
- errands as agreed to and appropriate (e.g., grocery shopping, help with calendars, etc.)
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Anything outdoor and educational.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid, experience with school age children and house manager duties.

Monday-Friday 40 hours. 9-5 Long term is a plus!

$28-$35 per hour. Vacation, major holidays. sick days and performance bonus!
