We are a family of 5 - 6 yo boy, 3.5 yo girl and 13 mo boy. For our family, living in Boulder means a life more full of outdoor adventure. We are a very close knit and laid back little crew that loves the simple joys of spending time together, exploring and playing.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a true partner in a nanny - someone that views the role as an extension of the family and that brings that level of care to their interactions with the kids. Both my husband and I work full time so need someone who can be with us 40 hrs/week with a primary focus of caring for the kids and a secondary ask of kid related tidying.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
6 yo boy - inventive, curious and sensitive 3.5 yo girl - spunky, full of energy and silly 13 mos boy - calm in the chaos and starting to form his own little opinions
Describe your home setting: Laid back, spacious home in Southeast Boulder backing to green space.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Primary focus is kid care and activities - the kids laundry, clean up after snacks and meals, kids meals and tidying after full days of play.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We are looking for someone who can balance the varying needs of our kids different ages. Our kids are in their prime development years and we believe that they develop a love of learning through play. We want someone who engages their imaginations with music, reading, art, imaginative play and more. We try to be light on screen time and want someone who is comfortable managing a day that way as well.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
We need 40 hrs/week - typical schedule will be M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. Can be flexible with start and end times.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25-$30/hr. with an Annual bonus. Paid vacation, holidays and sick days.
