We are a loving family of 5, including Mom + Dad plus our 3 sons. Our oldest is 4 years old, our middle is 18 months, and our youngest is a newborn.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We just welcomed our third baby boy into the world and are looking for a nanny + household manager to assist in daily activities/schedules with the kids and to help maintain the household.

3 boys. We have a 4 year old, an 18 month old, and a newborn.
Describe your home setting: We live in a beautiful new home that we recently built last Fall in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in Lafayette. There are lots of paths within our neighborhood, a large park, open space, fields, and creeks.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Assisting with daily maintenance of the home, including dishes, laundry, general up-keep of toys and clutter, feeding the children, following nap-time routines.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
I would like our nanny to come prepared weekly with a list of a crafts and activities to do with the children. The nanny has the freedom to do what they think is most stimulating and age appropriate. We understand this takes time to research, plan and purchase materials; we will cover material costs and expect them to be used for fun activities. Our children will need to get outside daily, regardless of weather! Walks to the park, creek, or even playing in the backyard are all apart of our daily routine. If the weather is cold, we want the kids being stimulated outside regardless! We feel the kids learn so much more when they are active and engaged outside.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid Certified. Vaccination required.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Full-time, 40 hours/wk for 1 year. Flexible start and end times. Start beginning August!

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Somebody that has experience nannying multiple children (3+) and has a positive attitude and willingness to help our family by keeping the children safe and entertained, while also managing light household duties throughout the day. We are looking for somebody that is energetic, kind, and trustworthy.
