We are a loving family of 4. Mom, Dad, Daughter and Son. Our Daughter is 3 1/2 years old, and our youngest is almost 2 years old. Mom works in Finance (works from home office) and Dad is a professor at CU. We love to get outdoors and have many nearby parks. Our daughter will be starting preschool in the Fall and Dad will be returning to teaching live classes. We have an extremely friendly medium sized dog.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
During the past year we have juggled the kids between Dad, Mom, and Grandparents. Now that CU has moved to live classes it is much harder to fill all of the gaps when looking after the kids. Mom and Dad have been vaccinated, but the kids have not been. We would like someone who has also been vaccinated.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Our daughter 3 ½ is a kind, caring, intelligent girl. She loves to read, do art projects, and play with her brother.
Our son, almost two, is an active boy who is meant to be an engineer. He loves trying to figure everything out and has recently become interested in books. He loved trucks, climbing, and his sister.
Both kids love playing outside, the water table, drawing, and playing together.
Describe your home setting: We live in Louisville Colorado, very close to HW 36. We have an amazing neighborhood with a park, tennis courts, pool and a walking path. There is a large grassy field nearby and several playgrounds within walking distance. It is a great neighborhood to take walks with the kids or just play in a field. Our kids also play well in our home. They each have a bedroom and play frequently in the living room, but the best area is the ground level basement (lots of light) with a playroom and large rec room.

Primarily taking care of the kids and engaging them in fun activities and, making snacks and lunches for them.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Some crafts, outdoor play. We limit screen time and would like someone who is able to do that as well.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid - COVID 19 Vaccination required.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Looking for total 18 hours - on Tuesday and Thursday required, hours are flexible. We need help on for the Fall 2021 semester, but would be willing to talk about a longer contact and some additional hours. Start ASAP!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. We will offer paid time off at Thanksgiving and Christmas (1 week each) and a Performance bonus.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have a 6-year old friendly Australian Shepard.
