We are an easy-going, growing dual physician family. Our son is 1.5 years old, active, and curious. He loves to be outside, reading books, and working through things. We have a 5 year old Goldendoodle who is sweet and loves attention!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for long term, stable childcare for our growing family, someone who is loving, sweet, and dependable who has experience with both newborns and toddlers. Our family dynamic will be changing, so they must be adaptable. We want a nanny who will be constantly engaged with our son, will go outside and play, develop age-appropriate activities, read, etc. We will be exploring potty training soon, so should be comfortable helping with that!

Our son is 1.5 years and we are expecting a newborn in Spring 2022.
Describe your home setting: House with yard, in a large community with a lot of trails nearby and a park.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Very light housekeeping, primarily cooking and cleaning up after our son. Occasional walks with our son and dog.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Educational activities for Toddler including reading, counting, letters, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor play etc. For our baby, familiar with the different ages and stages and can stimulate with age appropriate activities (colors, shapes, motor skills, sitting, crawling, walking, running : ) singing, language development) etc. Walks in the stroller.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
We require CPR and First Aid Certification. Covid Vaccinated. Tdap, MMR, HFlu shot vaccinations (we will pay for these). We would also love someone who has experience with potty-training.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
4 Full days per week (days will vary between Monday through Friday - schedule will be given 6 months at a time) from 7:20 AM to 5:20 PM. 40 Hours guaranteed.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$28-$30/hr. Paid holidays and vacations (to be taken in conjunction with our family). Potential for Health insurance stipend offered after 3 months. Performance bonuses.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
One dog, a Goldendoodle. Very sweet and easy going but you must love dogs.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone to respond calmly, with thought, and love. We are looking for stable and long term care!
