We are a loving family of three. We welcomed our son in August. We have two cats and two dogs, all of whom are sweet and very gentle with our son.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are returning to work at the end of our parental leave and want to ensure a nurturing and experienced caregiver for our little boy.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have a son who was born at the end of August. He will be three months old when we return to work. He is a sweet little boy who is very alert and active. He loves to play and is showing signs of being a quick learner. We would love for him to get lots of enrichment and loving care.
Describe your home setting:
We live in a single family home in a wonderful neighborhood with lovely walking trails and nearby parks and playgrounds. We have a fenced back yard. Dad works from home in a private office so he's available if needed, but will stay out of your way!
South of 285 / east of 470 in the Friendly Hills neighborhood in unincorporated Morrison. Near Littleton, nearest major cross streets are Quincy and Simms.

Nanny duties only including childcare and child's laundry, food and toy pick up.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We are excited for our son to have lots of enrichment as he grows! We have lots of books and toys for him at home and as he gets older would love for him to get out to playgrounds, and have fun experiences at the zoo, botanic gardens etc.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
First Aid / CPR, COVID vaccinated, experience with infants.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
M-F, 9-5 (40 hours per week guaranteed).
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$32 per hour, vacation, sick days, major holidays. Performance bonus!

2 cats and 2 dogs, no care for the animals needed.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We are looking for someone focused on developing a long-term, caring relationship with our son. We would view this person as a member of our family. We believe in loyalty and treating people well and are looking for someone with similar values.
