We would love someone that provides a nurturing and educational environment for our almost 4 month old girl. Someone that actively engages with her, has an upbeat positive attitude and finds creative ways to show her the world!

An almost 4 month old girl with a big personality who wants to explore everything and is very curious!
Describe your home setting: We live in a large single family home in a beautiful neighborhood with parks, walking trails, and friendly neighbors. There are many other kids on our cul de sac. We have a community pool for summertime, a huge fenced backyard, a dedicated nursery with lots of toys/books, and a basement with craft space. Many grocery stores conveniently located nearby (112th and Federal).

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Any baby-related tasks including feedings, cleaning up after baby, tidying baby spaces, washing bottles, baby laundry, and eventually preparation of solid foods.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Any of the following: teaching language (secondary language would be a bonus!), crafts/art, instruments, spending time outside, reading, developmental exercises like tummy time, rolling, crawling, and eventually walking!
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/First Aid certified, Covid vaccination, Flu vaccination, and Tdap vaccination. Must have infant experience.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
35-40 hours per week. Both mom and dad work from home, so we can be somewhat flexible in schedule (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm), or even 9-10 hours 4 days a week. Occasional weekend/evenings are also a possibility if you are open to that.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$28-$30, depending on experience. Paid vacation, holidays, sick time. Performance bonus.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have an amazing 5.5 year old golden retriever named Zeus. He is the smartest, sweetest dog and loves people and treats!
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We would love someone that is very dedicated to engaging our girl, even during small things like diaper changes and feedings (rather than looking at a phone). Someone who gets as excited as Mom and Dad when she achieves developmental milestones. Someone who has lots of infant experience and can provide her with stimulating experiences.
