We are two working parents that just moved from California. Both of us work home offices. We are a relaxed family that is just enjoying our new life in Colorado.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We would love for our nanny to be fun, energetic, loving, and will really care for our children. Since they won't be in a learning environment we would love for the nanny to have ideas for fun and educational activities. Weather permitting, we also hope they take our child on fun adventures in the neighborhood and around town. We are also looking for an experienced Nanny/House Manager but taking care of the kids is definitely the first priority.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have a 14 month old daughter who has just learned to walk! She is a super happy baby and we think she is lots of fun :) We have another baby on the way, due in June, who we will need help with him once we are done with our maternity/paternity leave.
Describe your home setting: We live in a three story home in the Mapleton neighborhood. We have a large backyard which is great for kids once the weather warms up and perfect for a sled ride after it snows.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Keeping the kids room tidy, preparing meals for baby, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, meal prep or cooking if interested, anything needed! Kids always come first!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We would love for the nanny to come with ideas for activities for the kids. We live right by a park so frequent outings would be great. Reading groups at the library. Regular walks around the neighborhood.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR and First Aid certified, fully COVID vaccinated and follows precautions, early education experience a plus, and aware of developmental milestones.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Monday through Friday - 9am-5pm includes a date night per week (flexible on the day) 45 hours guaranteed.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$40/hr with paid vacation, major holidays, and sick days plus a $150/m health stipend. Performance bonus!
