We are first time parents and a dual career household. We are moving to Boulder in April. Baby is 4 months old. Dad works from home in upstairs office (with occasional work travel), Mom works out of the house as a sports medicine physician. We are outdoorsy, kind, compassionate, and hard working people. We have two very loving well behaved doodle dogs (1 & 4 yr) with own dog door and fenced yard.
Full time start date in Boulder is April 18th. Option to start earlier part time if willing to drive up to Loveland (would compensate for time and gas).
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We had an amazing experience with a doula for our baby’s birth and she recommended in home nanny care to get that same caring, loving, family experience.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
One 4 month old boy who is generally easy going, hitting milestones, and "textbook." He does well on a daily schedule of Eat, Activity, Sleep, and repeat every 4 hours.
Describe your home setting: We will be moving to a single family home in North Boulder, with 3 levels, lower level playroom dedicated to baby for activities. Dad is working upstairs on 3rd level (so with good separation of space), small fenced yard, walkable to mountains, trails, park, playground.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Focus is on caring for baby. All infant related tasks would be helpful including putting bottles in dishwasher, running dishwasher, baby's laundry, notifying us when we need to purchase more formula. House duties could include occasional errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, anything needed!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Help child meet milestones, tummy time, floor time, feeding, books before nap time, possible bathtime as an activity, playing with toys. In future, when appropriate, walking to playground would be fun in good weather.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First aid certified. Fully Covid vaccinated, would also like nanny to be vaccinated for tdap, we will provide if you need to update.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Monday through Friday. 4 days per week from 7:30am to 4:30pm and other day (Wednesday for a few months and then will move to Friday permanently) will be 4 hours (morning). Schedule and 40 guaranteed. Vacation, Major Holidays, PTO/Sick Days, Health Stipend, Performance Bonus.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$32-$35 per hour depending on experience. Vacation, Major Holidays, PTO/Sick Days, Health Stipend, Performance Bonus.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 medium sized doodle dogs.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Compassionate, family oriented, infant focused. Educated or experienced with infants/babies, postpartum doula training experience a plus!
