Our family is laid back, but curious and adventurous at the same time. We love being outside and trying new activities.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a nanny because our now 10 month old son was born a preemie and needs extra care with his growth and development. We really want our children to develop a special relationship with their caregiver and become a part of our family. Will need FT care for our son and occasional care for our 2 year old girl when she is home from school.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Logan - our little miracle baby. Born at 26 weeks, one pound 6 oz. He is now 10 months (6 months adjusted) and 16 pounds. He is working on sitting and getting rid of his oral aversion to help him transition more to purees and eventually solids. He loves the motion of cars and strollers. Swinging his arms around while you sing and being around his sister.
Audrey - 2 year old daughter is curious about everything and loves to be outside. She has a great vocab and fluent sign language. She loves helping with brother and most of all the zoo.
We plan to put Audrey into daycare in May so the nanny can solely focus on Logan, but have the flexibility to sometime include Audrey on days she is at home.
Describe your home setting: We live in a house with a backyard playset and outdoor toys in the Westcliff neighborhood in Westminster. Our backyard opens up to a 30 mile trail. Dad works from home Thursday, Friday. Mom is currently work from home but will eventually be back in office M-F.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Light house keeping, laundry, assistance with occasional errands, cooking meals for children. The children always come first!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, nurturing, being outside, assist with physical therapy, occupational therapy. Activities geared towards growth and development.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Willingness to work with and/or experience with babies born premature. Feeding with G-Tube, easy to learn the process. Comfortable with oxygen tank, even though he is on lowest setting. CPR and First aid certification.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
M-F 8am-4pm. Guaranteed 40 hours and set schedule.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$35/hr for the baby and additional compensation when Audrey is home. Vacation, Major Holidays, PTO/Sick Days, Performance Bonus.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who gets along with our family and will genuinely enjoy getting Logan through this crucial development time of his life. Must be experienced with infants and toddlers!
