We are a Dual-Physician, Loving family of 5 seeking a career nanny. We are a hard-working busy family, that values respect, kindness, and honesty. We love the outdoors, celebrating holidays to the fullest, and being with friends and family.
Preferred start date is May 16, but can be flexible depending on nanny schedule.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are sadly losing our current nanny of 2 years, as she is changing career paths. We need a nanny who has toddler experience and will care for our 3 sweet girls ages 1, 4 and 7 years old. The nanny will mainly care for 2 children at a time- the 1-year-old at all times, the 7-year-old during the summer, and the 4-year-old when not in preschool (2-3 days a week).
The nanny must be punctual (as we have demanding jobs), prioritize child safety, maintain structure, and be trustworthy. We hope for a nanny who will love our girls like her own and become a member of the family.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
The 7-year-old is thoughtful, helpful, sensitive, and bright. She enjoys dance, art, cello, soccer, rock-climbing, and reading. She would do best with a nanny who is gentle and consistent.
The 4-year-old will be starting preschool soon and is funny and big-hearted. She enjoys reading, playing dress-up, dancing, gymnastics, and going to the park. She is our talkative one and will quickly become your best friend. She would do best with a nanny who is affectionate and engaged.
The 1-year-old is happy, snuggly, curious, and easy-going. She loves going for walks, music class, reading time at the library, and the pool. She was born during COVID so may take longer to warm up, but would do best with a nanny who is warm and confident.
Describe your home setting:
We live in a great neighborhood in Broomfield. We have a finished basement with a climbing wall, a big backyard surrounded by walking paths and open space, and a community pool and playgrounds. We like to keep a warm and inviting home that is also clean and organized.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Get girls ready in the morning, take them to-and-from school and activities, complete their laundry at least weekly, keep toys organized and clean, help with homework, keep kitchen and play areas clean after use.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Our girls love to play in every way imaginable. We like our nanny to take them outside daily, go on fun adventures, and come-up with creative activities and projects for them to do. They love reading books and like to go to the library weekly. They also will need assistance with homework and educational workbooks.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/First Aid; Up-to-date on vaccinations including COVID and annual flu shot (we will cover if needed).

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm. Occasional later nights, date night, weekend and overnights if available.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$27-$30/hr depending on experience. Will guarantee the 40 hours plus 10 hours of 1.5 weekly (7am-5pm). Vacation/PTO, Major Holidays, Bonuses.

Someone who models values, is active and playful, and takes pride in her job. Our past nannies were all with us for more than two years and we have appreciated open communication, mutual respect, flexibility, and dependability.
