First time parents of an easy-going, happy infant located in north central Westminster. Our son will be about 4 months old at start date. Dad mostly works from home; mom is taking a break from her career to be a stay-at-home mom. Nanny should be comfortable with dogs, as we have a people-loving dog. We enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible and like to take walks around the neighborhood or at local parks.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a Temporary Full Time Nanny for 3 Months starting in June, there is a possibility of extension if mom resumes her career. We would like a nanny who enjoys sharing knowledge about infant care and development, as we are open-minded and looking to learn. We look forward to welcoming a nanny as if they are a member of the family. Due to dietary/allergy issues, we cook every meal at home and are also seeking some help with meal prep.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
House Assistant – meal prep, clean up dishes and kitchen, pick up grocery orders or put away delivered groceries, light cleaning, e.g. vacuum nursery or hardwoods in living area, dog walking if interested.
Duties to be discussed in more detail and finalized in contract.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Assist stay-at-home mom with 9-month-old infant care and take sole charge of infant when needed. Duties such as paced-bottle feeding and transitioning to solids (meal prep for baby), baby dishes, diaper changes, supervising naps, developmentally appropriate playtime, read books and sing songs, baby laundry, tidy and stock nursery and play area, and outdoor walks around the neighborhood or at the park. Duties to be discussed in more detail and finalized in contract.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
We are up to date on vaccinations and boosters, and we will request the nanny to also be up to date on COVID vaccine, TDAP, and flu vaccines unless there is a good reason not to be vaccinated (religious or medical exception to be discussed). Non-smoker. Have your own transportation, but a car can be provided for nanny-related errands.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Schedule will add up to 40 hours a week guaranteed. Our need is M-F between the hours of 7am-7pm, with a start time depending on the Nanny’s preference. Can also offer 4 longer days with a shorter day on Fridays (still a 40 hour week). Overtime options/needs for occasional date nights, overnights, travel options, and weekends as needed and if Nanny is available.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$35/hour - Benefits: Performance bonus of up to 1 or 2 week’s pay (depending on job length and upon completion of contract); $100/mo health care stipend; up to 1 week Vacation (depending on job length and upon completion), 4 Sick days, Major holidays.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have a people-loving large dog. Must love dogs!
