We are an active family! With both parents being artists/musicians, we both work from home and travel frequently for our careers and personally. We need an experienced long-term nanny that can travel for weeks at a time both nationally and internationally, travel and a passport are required in this position. We have a 3 year old girl, who is the light of our lives!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We have had 2 successful nanny placements previously and are looking for someone who wants to join our family for a long-term commitment as a career nanny. Our ideal nanny is proactive, flexible, creative, attentive and can multi-task. We would like someone who is professional, with great communication skills and enjoys being with a very dynamic family!
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have an active, smart 3 year old who attends a Montessori based preschool during school hours, Monday through Friday. She attends extra -curricular activities including ballet and ski lessons, which she loves! We are currently looking for someone to help her to cook grow her food palate.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
This job will consist of 75% childcare and 25% household duties. House Assistant responsibilities are done while our daughter is in school and include the child’s laundry, keeping her room picked up, meal prep, cooking, snacks for our daughter. It is important you are comfortable planning, preparing nutritious foods to encourage a healthy, well rounded diet for our daughter. Household responsibilities include making sure the pantry is stocked and replenished as needed, grocery shopping, organization while the child is in school.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We would like someone who is fully engaged with her and able to include educational, creative, fun activities. Calm, patient, nurturing and working in tandem with the parents.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR and First Aid Certifications. Fully Covid vaccinated including booster. Standard vaccinations.

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Monday-Friday, 12pm-7pm or 3pm-7pm, and with help needed a few weekend days per month. The family is flexible with the schedule week to week. They will guarantee 40 hours per week. Schedule will change based on required travel (whether national or international) so flexibility is a must!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$35-$40/hr, 2 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, paid major holidays, overtime pay and a possible health insurance stipend.

We are looking for someone who can work one on one with our daughter while also blending into our busy family life! Because we socialize often, it is important to be able to easily fit in with large groups while remaining professional and friendly!
