We are sisters who are wanting to find a Nanny/House Assistant to work separately for each of our families on different days, in our own homes. Both jobs are part time, together creating full time hours!
Family 1. We are a soon to be family of 4! :) My husband and I have a daughter who is 18 months and are expecting our second daughter the end of this year. Oh, and can't forget our 12 year old cattle dog who doesn't act a day over 2 years old!
Family 2. We are an active family with an adorable 2 year old girl living in Longmont. We are a soon to be family of 4! :) and are expecting our baby in March 2023. We also have a 7 year old chocolate lab!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
Family 1. We are looking help with our 18 month old daughter, as well as occasionally the newborn. Husband works from home and I will be home with the newborn baby and looking for someone to assist with our older daughter three days a week as well as some duties around the house.
Family 2. Mom works from home so we are looking for someone who can give our daughter the necessary care and attention that she needs during the day to facilitate her continued development. Additionally, in March when the new baby is born, mom will be taking her maternity leave (14 weeks) but still will continue the same Tuesday/Thursday care for our 2 year old.”

Family 1. We live in Westminster and have an 18 month old girl who is active, loving and always looking for the next task to complete. Looking for someone to spend time with her and foster her growing mind with creative learning and physical activities. Occasional help with the newborn as well.
Family 2. We live in Longmont and have a 2 year old girl and she is incredibly spunky and smart and loves any opportunity to explore, learn, dance and sing. She absolutely loves being outside. We are expecting a new baby in March 2023.
Describe your home setting:
Family 1. My husband and I live in a house on a beautiful 1 acre lot in Westminster. Plenty of outdoor space to explore and be creative on throughout the day.
Family 2. We live in Longmont in a great family friendly neighborhood, full of multiple parks and open spaces to explore.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Nanny/House Assistant: Light housekeeping, occasional laundry, meal prep for child/family which may require some grocery shopping, occasional errands.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
It is important to us to nurture the children's creative and explorative side through developmental activities, outdoor play, reading, dance, drawing, etc. Allowing them to explore their surroundings in a safe yet educational way.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/First Aid, Covid Vaccinated

Family 1. M/W/F, 8 hour days. Flexible on the start time between 8 am. and 9 am.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$35/Hour Vacation, Major Holidays, Sick Days and 1 Year Bonus!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Family 1. A 12 year old red heeler, cattle dog. Will need to assist with letting her out in the yard throughout the day. She LOVES to play fetch!
Family 2. A 7 year old chocolate lab that LOVES to play!
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Looking for someone who is engaged and reliable. Outgoing and nurturing. Active and interested in being a positive role model for our kids.
