We are a family of three, a Mama a Daddy and a two and a half year old daughter. We hope to add another child to our family soon. We are a very active family and our daughter reflects that. She is in gymnastics, swimming, and loves playing outdoors with our ranch animals. We have horses, dogs, and two donkeys :) so we stay busy! We are looking for a long term nanny and offer a $5000 re-signing bonus yearly!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We need a caring, active, motivated nanny who would help structure activities and crafts to help our daughter learn. We want someone who will fit into our family and hopefully be with us for a long term placement. We want someone who is an excellent communicator, and practices compassionate care. We do Montessori learning and learning through play. We also want someone who is willing to work with us and educate us as parents when needed this is our first time doing this :) and we appreciate a partner who can help us develop our daughter.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
One 2.5 year old girl. Hoping to add to our family in the future, infant experience is a plus!
Describe your home setting: We have a home with some acreage and we have horses and dogs and we love this country life we have put together.

Caring for our child, whatever pertains to her including her laundry, dishes/kitchen clean up for meals and snacks, organizing her room and toy clean up etc., all specific to our daughters' needs only.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, meal prep for our daughter, crafts, library, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, and anything that could help our little lady learn.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/First Aid, Montessori experience is a plus! We are looking for a long term nanny and offer a $5000 re-signing bonus yearly!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
M-F 8am-4pm. Occasional evenings and weekends if you are available. We are looking for a long term nanny and offer a $5000 re-signing bonus yearly!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$32/hr we offer paid PTO/Sick Days, Major Holidays, 2 weeks Vacation. Performance bonuses and $5000 Annual Renewal Bonus!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 dogs who come and go, and 2 horses and 2 donkeys (no responsibility for any of these animals).
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We want someone who is willing to nurture and care for our daughter. We are hoping to add to our family in the future, so infant experience a plus!
