We are a family of three that just moved to Fort Collins from Chicago! Mom is in grad school at CSU, Dad works remotely from home, and son is 5 months old. He is a very sweet and happy baby! We are very organized, communicative and respectful people. We incorporate some Montessori practices with our son, but are not strictly tied to a single form of development, so any creativity with activities is welcomed. We are hoping to find a nanny that we all enjoy spending time with, as they will be a big part of our lives in Colorado!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
While both of us have a somewhat flexible schedule, we need dedicated care to ensure we both have a set amount of time to focus on work/school work. We believe there are many benefits to having a nanny and look forward to having another positive influence in his life!
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
5 month old boy. Just about to start solid foods. He is very happy and observant and always taking in his surroundings. He enjoys meeting new people and is very smiley!
Describe your home setting: Townhome in an urban community, ample parking, nice neighborhood for walks and multiple play spots in the house!

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
While our son is sleeping, we would love if our nanny was willing and interested in grocery shopping/prepping healthy meals! Also helping with light housework like bottle cleaning, vacuuming, loading the dishwasher, etc. would be great, occasional errands etc.!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, singing, go for a walk/getting fresh air, ABCs, playing games/puzzles, developing motor skills, practicing sitting (and eventually walking!). We try to foster creativity and curiosity with our son and mostly let him lead our playtime.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid certified. Must have infant experience, any teaching experience a plus but not required!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
We are looking for anywhere between 20 hours to 30 hours per week, M-F and we with a set schedule. We would love someone interested in occasional date nights if available!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30-$35/hr Vacation, Major Holidays, Sick Days. $300 End of 1 Year Bonus!
