Experience: I have worked in a licensed preschool/daycare for about a year, have worked as a nanny, and have had multiple different babysitting jobs over the past couple years. I have also worked in a kindergarten classroom.

Experience with the following age groups: I have experience with infants, toddlers, preschool, and young school age kids.

Interests and hobbies: My interests and hobbies include writing, reading, coloring, hiking, swimming, biking, nature walks. I also love scrapbooking and art projects!

Describe your childcare style:My childcare style is very development based. I love to let children learn through experience, letting them explore through art, projects, being outside, and more. Children learn best through experience so giving them that opportunity is of the utmost importance to me. Taking kids swimming, on walks, to museums, art projects and exploring multiple types of literature is so beneficial to their development.

What activities do you like to do with children:Activities such as art projects, nature walks, or even playing with their toys can teach them so much while they have fun at the same time.

Why are you interested in working as a Nanny or Babysitter? I love to work with kids, it is my it is my life's calling. I feel the most myself and the most joy when I get to interact with children of any age. I also love to help the community in any way that I can, and want to build relationships with families. I am very much an empath and it truly shows when I am with kids.

What qualities are important in a Nanny or Babysitter?Patience, empathy, kindness, enthusiasm, punctuality, consistency and a strong work ethic. Nannies must be passionate about children and helping them succeed in all areas of their lives.
