Experience: I discovered nannying through working with a close family friend when her daughter was born, I ended up staying with their family for four wonderful years. I have six years of professional experience working with children from the ages of infant through school age and additional years as a babysitter. Along with all expected nanny duties, I also assisted with laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, organization, dry cleaning, errands, and anything else needed to keep the household running smoothly.

Interests and hobbies:I love spending time outdoors including hiking, cycling, kayaking, and riding horses. I also really enjoy drawing, yoga, and reading.

Describe your childcare style:My childcare style focuses on responding to children warmly, having clear and appropriate expectations of children, and using understandable and proper communication. I believe it is important to provide children with a fun and active experience. Each child is different and I work with the parents to create a unique childcare plan with their style and interests in mind.

What activities do you like to do with children:For infants; tummy time, playing with colorful musical toys, talking with the babies and smiling and nurturing. Engaging in growth and developmental activities such as colors, speech, singing, reading crawling, sitting, standing etc. I also really enjoy taking the babies outdoors on walks in a stroller (weather permitting) and to the park. For Toddlers; arts and crafts, numbers, letters, reading, singing, puzzles, and going to the park or zoo. For School Age: educational and age appropriate activities based on their interests, indoor and outdoor activities, etc.

Safety and responsibility are also essential, the parents and children should feel safe and comfortable with their nanny.
